- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Gave them 2 weeks before closing, and in during that time our agent went on vacation. Didn't get the statements and paper work the day before closing, and when we did a name was spelled wrong so we had to wait til the next day, which was the day of closing to do everything! We are across the county (which they knew) and had to scramble to get everything done in 4 hours. We specifically asked to have a couple days with the statement and final numbers so we could get our end all together( sending checks/wiring/signing paper work).
