- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My wife went to Dr Turner a few years ago for a filling. After the filling she had sharp pain from the tooth in question. She went back and Dr Turner redid the filling, which still had sharp pain. On the third trip she told my wife she needed a root canal. As it turns out, from speaking with competent professionals in Bangor, we've found out the filling was too large which cracked the molar and she needs a crown because of it. Dr Turner also shaved it down too far which caused the molar on the other side to bite down differently causing pain in that tooth as well. I'll also echo the statement that Dr Turner likes to decide for you whether you can feel any pain or not. Myself and wife had similar incidents of either not receiving enough novocaine or not waiting long enough before drilling. I'm afraid I cannot recommend this dentist.October 07, 2017by Peter Gocze
